How Seller Financing Works

Buy Land with $300 down with our Seller Financing Contract

Make your $300 down payment then pay monthly and after a successful 12 or 24 months of payments we will transfer the deed into your name.

Why buy?

The Z Stay participates in auctions for land and homes, offering a zero-barrier opportunity for investors to build wealth.

Properties have been cleared and secured by the previous owner and come with a clear title. Buyers are responsible for completing thorough due diligence for each property. Due to the transfer of real property ownership, all sales are final.

Am I eligible to buy land/properties?

The Z Stay sells properties to buyers who meet the following eligibility requirements:

1. Intend to develop the land or property for the benefit of the community.

2. Have no delinquent property taxes.

3. Have not lost any property, other than a primary residence, due to unpaid taxes in the past three months in the United States.

How do I close on my land/property?

After contact from the closing coordinator, a date will be scheduled to coordinate the next steps.

All properties will be transferred via quitclaim deed after the purchase agreement is signed and will be free of any encumbrances. Closing can be conducted in person at our title companies or remotely. Closing fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

In addition to paying the remaining sale price, please be prepared for the following estimated closing costs:

- Closing/Title fees: $750

- Recording fee: $124

- Tax certification fee: $125

Please be advised these are estimates and may change. If obtaining financing from a lender, anticipate additional closing costs. You will receive an itemized invoice, title and Quit Claim Deed for your property.
